When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us.

We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice.

We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason.

In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

We will normally send your order to you in 1-2 business days by standard delivery.

All deliveries are sent via the UK Mail/DHL courier service Monday to Friday and a tracking number provided. Delivery times are normally 1 to 2 business days dependant on area. Weekends, public and bank holidays not included.

If you receive an email saying We’re sorry but the delivery of your consignment has been delayed. Please contact your sender for further information​​​​​​​’.

Please contact UK Mail directly giving your tracking number as a reference. They will be able to assist you from there.

Please note, we are NOT responsible for any delays on behalf of the courier company.

Items are sent on a ‘signed for at the cardholders address’ service. In some areas this is not possible and a ‘Leave with neighbour’ request will also be added to consignment.

If your item is not in stock, we will email you before deciding how to proceed.

Any credit card details you entered are transmitted over a secure(SSL) link and stored using 128-bit encryption.

Right to cancel

You can cancel your order up to 14 days after the purchase was made.

The items must be returned to us UNOPENED and in a re-saleabe condition.

All returns are at the buyers expense.

Refunds will be given on original cost of item minus postage.
